Return Policy
We get it. Sometimes things don’t arrive as expected.
Should you feel the product you ordered from Cerphe’s Indie Record Store does not meet the stated item description, a full refund including return postage will be provided.
That’s the cool part. Now here’s the dry stuff:
Buyer has 30 days to return an item from the date received. Buyer must first contact the seller to make arrangements for the return shipment. Refunds will be made only after return shipment to, and re-inspection by the seller.
Shipping & Handling
Because many of our items are hard to find, we take special care in packaging and shipping your order. Unless otherwise noted, shipping is included in the price on the listing. We also include protective packaging and insurance for items over $100.
We provide you with a tracking number as well, so you can keep tabs on your order’s arrival date.
On the whole, we do not ship outside the USA, but let us know if you are shipping to Canada or Mexico, we can probably figure that out.
